Société Civile des Producteurs Phonographiques
 
The SCPP is a society that collects fess due to its members from sound recording and music video users and distributes these fees on its members' behalf.
 
It has been responsible for the collective administration and protection of record and video producer' rights since 1985. More than 900 producrers belong to the SCPP, including many independents and the international majors like EMI, Warner, BMG, Universal and Sony.
