The SCPP is a company that collects and distributes fees collected on behalf of its members from users of sound recordings and music videos.

The SCPP (Société civile des producteurs phonographiques) is a company that collects and distributes fees collected on behalf of music producers from users of sound recordings and music videos. 

​   
More than 3,000  producers​ are currently SCPP members, which brings together the majority of independent French producers as well as international companies such as Sony Music France, Universal, and Warner.


The SCPP manages a catalogue of ​ 8,5 million recorded titles​ and​ 74,863 music videos and represents more than 80% of French producers’ rights which is the bulk of the sound recording catalogue.​
